1. About These Terms
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Go Study UK website and the booking of our study, English and cultural programmes. By requesting a quote, booking a programme or using our site, you agree to these terms.
2. Enquiries & Quotes
All quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation. Programme details, availability, prices and inclusions are confirmed in writing before any booking is made.
3. Bookings, Deposits & Payment
A booking is confirmed once we receive the applicable deposit and written confirmation. Balance payments are due according to the payment schedule agreed for your programme. Failure to pay on time may affect your reservation.
4. Changes & Cancellations
Cancellation and amendment terms are set out in your programme confirmation. We recommend taking out appropriate travel insurance, which we can help arrange where included or requested, to cover unforeseen changes.
5. Student Welfare & Conduct
Students are expected to follow programme rules and UK laws. We are committed to safeguarding and follow applicable UK requirements. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring consent and documentation are provided as required.
6. Documentation & Visas
It is the responsibility of the student or their guardian to hold valid travel documents, and to arrange any required visa with our guidance. We provide information on UK requirements but cannot guarantee visa outcomes.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the programme. We are not liable for circumstances outside our reasonable control, including travel disruption, illness or force majeure.
